Account security
Use your own account. Do not share passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or session cookies. Keep multi-factor authentication enabled and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to your administrator or dpo@eccp.com.
Responsible use of records
Access, add, change and export only information you are authorized to handle. Check the source and accuracy of updates. Do not bypass access controls, misrepresent subscription evidence, merge records without review, or use the workspace for unrelated personal purposes.
Imports, exports and communications
Review mapped fields and proposed changes before approving an import. Protect downloaded files and share them only with authorized recipients. An extract is not permission to send marketing: subscription evidence, suppressions and organizational requirements remain applicable.
Reviews and service availability
Changes may require a reason, another authorized reviewer or renewed authentication. Activities may be recorded for security and accountability. Access may be restricted when responsibilities change or misuse is suspected. The workspace may be unavailable during maintenance; contact an administrator if records or workflows appear incorrect.

Read the privacy notice and cookie notice. These terms do not remove rights or obligations provided by applicable law or replace your organization’s employment and information-security policies.
